Shannon specializes in creating comprehensive wellness programs for eczema, women’s health, anxiety, scar therapy and chronic pain. Shannon combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, reiki, sound therapy, fire cupping, gua sha, and other modalities to give her patients comprehensive care.
Shannon is an licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and reiki practitioner who graduated summa cum laude from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine. Shannon has treated patients in multiple integrative medical settings. She has been trained in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Japanese-Style acupuncture.
Shannon was born and raised in Canada. She earned her Psychology, B. A. and Developmental Psychology B. Ed from the University of Toronto. Shannon skated roller derby with the Los Angeles Derby Dolls and is a current member of the Redondo Beach Surfing Moms. When Shannon is not in the clinic you will find her surfing, hiking, fire hooping, and camping with her partner, toddler and dog Leia.
